I wanted custom earrings that said something different on each side (my daughter's middle names). I messaged the shop and they were totally willing to do it. The earrings shipped next day. They looked great, but there was a minor change I wanted to make. The customer service was awesome and they let me ship them back so that they could make the change for free.
